Mady Delvaux-Stehres is a Member of the European Parliament since May 2014. She is Vice-Chair of the JURI committee and substitute in the ECON committee.
She studied classical literature in Paris and started teaching at the ‘Lycée Michel Rodange’ in Luxembourg until 1989. Between 2004 and 2014, she was Minister of National Education and Vocational Training. Before, she held several ministerial roles and was part of the municipal council of Luxembourg City.
