Women's Entrepreneurship
The project "Peer-learning activities in entrepreneurship education and in Women's Entrepreneurship" is initiated by and implemented on behalf of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW).
EY’s InnovEYtion Hub is a leading partner in the consortium in charge of the Women's Entrepreneurship (WE) stream. There will be three peer-learning workshops in total for movers and shakers in women entrepreneurship from the 38 member countries of the Commission’s COSME programme, organised during 2019 and 2020.
The main objective of the three workshops is to contribute to the design and implementation of new European and national strategies for the support of women’s entrepreneurship in Europe and beyond.

Third Peer-Learning Workshop in Women’s Entrepreneurship
The 3rd Peer-Learning Workshop in Women’s Entrepreneurship organised as a final part of the series of action-oriented peer-learning events on behalf of the European Commission was held online on the 9th of March 2021. The event gathered 55 policy makers, women´s entrepreneurship ambassadors and female entrepreneurs from 25 COSME countries across Europe and beyond.

Second Peer-Learning Workshop in Women’s Entrepreneurship
The second Peer-Learning Workshop in Women’s Entrepreneurship was held from 17 to 19 November 2020. Due to Europe-wide restrictions on travelling and organisation of events resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was designed in a virtual format. During the three days, the workshop gathered 41 stakeholders of women’s entrepreneurship from 23 COSME countries representing ministries as well as businesses associations, investors, NGOs, female entrepreneurs, experts on women’s entrepreneurship and WE ambassadors.

First Peer-Learning Workshop in Women’s Entrepreneurship
The first Peer-Learning Workshop in Women’s Entrepreneurship took place in Prague from 14 to 16 May at the newly opened co-working space HubHub ARA. The event gathered 60 experts in women’s entrepreneurship from 33 COSME countries. They comprised leading representatives from ministries and governmental agencies supporting SMEs as well as businesses associations, NGOs, investors, female entrepreneurs, WE ambassadors and the European Commission.
