Caroline Jenner Global Head of Regional Growth and Development, JA Worldwide CEO JA Europe

Caroline is CEO of JA Europe, the largest non-profit organisation in Europe dedicated to preparing young people for employment and entrepreneurship. JA Europe is a member of JA Worldwide®, which for 100 years has delivered hands on, experiential learning in entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy. Caroline also became Global Head of Regional Growth and Development for JA Worldwide in 2016.
As European CEO, Caroline represents the JA network to policy-makers and leads outreach with EU institutional bodies, Permanent Representations, and key members of national governments. She also leads a number of JA’s pan-European initiatives endorsed by the European Commission such as the Entrepreneurial Skills PassTM, the EE-HUB, as well as The Entrepreneurial School Awards.
Caroline has been actively involved in the field of education and training for 25 years: after establishing her own language school, she became CEO of JA Slovakia in 1993 and subsequently moved into a regional role for JA Central and Eastern Europe.
Thanks to her commitment and expertise, Caroline was invited to take part in global initiatives from the World Economic Forum, the OECD and the Global Education & Skills Forum. As a member of several European Commission expert groups, she notably contributed to the New Skills Agenda and the development of the EntreComp framework. In addition, Caroline is a regular contributor in various international media, as speaker and moderator. She is a Board Member of the Euractiv Foundation. 
In 2017, she received the Soraya Salti Award from JA Worldwide for her achievements in Europe. In 2014, she also received a Leonardo Award for "Crossing Borders".  
Caroline is a dual citizen (Canada and Belgium) and is based in Brussels.
