Seshni Samuel EY EMEIA Executive Member, Area Managing Partner for Talent Ernst & Young

Seshni Samuel is the EMEIA Managing Partner for Talent at EY (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), and a member of the EMEIA Executive. She joined EY South Africa in 2005 as a senior manager and was instrumental in setting up their SAP implementation assurance business; was promoted to Partner in 2007, and managed the program advisory business.
 
Seshni has worked globally for organizations including Unilever and IBM, and obtained her MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University while working in the Netherlands. Her current role fulfils her passion for enabling people across the organization to reach their full potential and attracting, engaging and developing the best talent for EY.
 
Her priority is to ensure that EY retains its leading reputation as an employer of choice, and that employees feel excited, proud and engaged to be a part of the organization. Having grown up in apartheid South Africa, creating an environment where diversity is respected and appreciated, and inclusiveness is achieved is a priority for Seshni and within EY at all levels.
 
Seshni additionally consults and advises on ERP implementation and People and Organization related matters. Her background in IT and SAP implementation enables her to easily tie in HR innovation and process to practical and workable business solutions. She has worked across a variety of sectors including RCP, Telecoms, Media and Entertainment, Mining and Industrial Products and Public Sector.
